  • Polypin Instructions

    Like cask-conditioned beer served in pubs, your polypin contains real ale with live yeast. To maximise the quality of the beer when you serve it please download and follow these instructions.

  • When can I expect my order to arrive?

    We aim to dispatch orders within 48 working hours. Courier deliveries take 1-3 working days. So, for the majority of orders, you will receive your goods within 5 working days of placing an order. Please feel free to contact us if you have not received your order within this period. Deliveries are made between 8.30am and 5.30pm on Monday to Friday. Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery, or advise us of where your order may be left safely (such as in a garage or with a neighbour).

  • Will I receive a confirmation of my order?

    Yes – an automated email will be sent to you summarising your order.

  • What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

    Please email [email protected] or call us on 01885 490505 between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

  • Where do we deliver to?

    We only deliver to the UK Mainland. If you live outside this area, then please call 01885 490505 for further advice.

  • How much does delivery cost?

    Cost of delivery is including within the product prices. If you order two or more items, the p&p cost will not double or triple but simply rise in line with our courier’s charges. 

  • How will my order be delivered?

    We use the courier company APC, an overnight fragile courier service that is based on weight, for all beer and breakable orders. For high value small items such as jewellery we use the Royal Mail Special Delivery service. For anything else we use standard Royal Mail.

  • What is your returns policy?

    A request for a return or replacement must be made within 14 days of receiving your delivery.  Any goods requiring refund or replacement must be returned within 14 days of the request. Once the goods are returned to our warehouse we will refund the cost of the goods within 14 days.

    Unwanted products

    If you decide you no longer wish to keep the goods ordered you can return them to our brewery shop or courier them back to us at your own expense. Please quote your original order number and date of order. If returning by courier, we recommend you obtain proof of delivery and use a suitable service for the type of item being returned. 

    If we find the goods have not been returned in a fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the products affected.

    Please note: Polypins are not eligible for a refund.

    Faulty, damaged, mis-picked and missing goods

    If any product is faulty, damaged or missing from your order or you have received the wrong item(s) please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by e-mailing [email protected] or calling 01885 490505, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (excluding Public Bank Holidays).

    For faulty, damaged and mis-picked products a refund or replacement will be issued within 14 days of receipt of goods into our warehouse. Missing goods will be reprocessed and delivered using our Next Day Delivery service or refunded within 14 days.

Wye Valley Brewery produce award winning bottle-conditioned English ales that have demonstrated a strong appeal among international consumers.

We sell our beers for export by the pallet, and using the EMCS website (Excise Movement and Control System) we can ship them ‘duty in suspense’ to approved excise warehouses in the UK or EU. We actively export to numerous countries across several continents, including Europe, Asia, and South America. We welcome enquiries from quality distribution partners for Europe and beyond. Please note that we conduct all business in English.
