Trade ordering terms and conditions:
Please be aware of your delivery day. We must receive your order 48 hours prior to your delivery day to be able to guarantee your delivery. If we haven’t already had an order from you, we will contact you by telephone on your usual telesales day. When your order has been processed you will receive email confirmation. If for any reason there is a problem with your order, we will contact you via telephone. If you have not had email confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order, it may not have reached us. In this case it would be advisable for you to contact us on 01885 490505.
