The Pelican,
Gloucester
The Pelican is a traditional city-centre pub, ideally located near to Gloucester Cathedral.
With a history that can be traced back to 1679, The Pelican is one of Gloucester's oldest pubs.
Further to taking over the pub in the summer of 2012, we undertook a thorough (but considerate) refurbishment and created an attractive new beer garden.
Together with a top-notch landlord and our full range of cask-conditioned ales, The Pelican is once again playing its part in the local community – and proving to be a great place for real-ale-loving visitors to Gloucester to quench their thirst.
Visit The Pelican's first beer festival on 7th & 8th June, 22 real ales, 8 ciders and perries, music and food.
